About Us

Developing the whole person.

Impart Society 360 Degree Foundation is a not-for-profit, non-political organisation registered in Nigeria and committed to the holistic development of individuals and the advancement of positive social change.

We create opportunities for individuals to learn, grow, lead, serve, and impart positively through values-based mentorship, education, skills development, leadership development, and community initiatives. Our work focuses particularly on children, young people, and vulnerable and underserved populations.

Our approach is grounded in the belief that lasting social transformation begins with the development of people. Through our 360-degree approach to development, we seek to nurture the whole person by strengthening character, competence, purpose, leadership, confidence, knowledge, and practical skills.

Impart Society 360 Degree Foundation traces its origins to the Dare to Impart Initiative, an informal initiative established in 2018. Following years of grassroots engagement and programme development, the organisation was formally registered as Impart Society 360 Degree Foundation on January 28, 2026.

Today, we are building on this foundation to strengthen our programmes, develop strategic partnerships, improve impact measurement, and expand our reach across Nigeria. Over time, we aspire to extend our model of holistic, values-based development to communities beyond Nigeria and across Africa.

Our Vision

A generation of empowered, value-driven, and purposeful individuals creating lasting positive change in their communities and beyond.

Our Mission

To equip individuals across classrooms, boardrooms, and communities with the character, competence, and purpose to lead and create lasting positive change through holistic, values-based mentorship, education, and skills development.

Core Values

I-M-P-A-R-T

Six commitments that spell the name, and describe how we work.

  • Integrity

We uphold honesty, transparency, accountability, and ethical conduct in all our actions, decisions, and relationships.

  • Meaningful Impact

We pursue measurable, lasting change in the lives of individuals and communities, using our resources responsibly and purposefully.

  • Purpose

We believe every individual has inherent potential and purpose, and we are committed to helping people discover, develop, and use their gifts to make a real difference.

  • All-Round Development

We are committed to developing the whole person, nurturing character, competence, leadership, and confidence to support lifelong personal and social growth.

  • Relationships

We value genuine connections, collaboration, and a sense of belonging, recognising that trust and collective effort strengthen our shared work.

  • Transformation

We serve with compassion, empathy, and dignity, continually learning, adapting, and improving to deepen the difference we make.

Our Philosophy

True development is never one-dimensional.

At Impart Society 360 Degree Foundation, we believe that true development is never one-dimensional. People need more than knowledge and technical skills to thrive. Character, values, purpose, leadership, relationships, confidence, and practical competence are essential to meaningful personal development and positive contribution to society.

Our 360-degree approach therefore seeks to nurture the whole person, recognising that individual growth and positive social change are interconnected. We believe that when people are equipped to learn, grow, lead, serve, and impart, they are better positioned to contribute meaningfully to their families, communities, workplaces, and society.

This is what it means to Dare to Impart.
